Responsibilities
Job Title: Shift Facility Technician (M&E Maintenance)
Location : Islandwide
Period: PERM
Working Days: 5.5 Work Days week
Working Hours: 8:30am-6pm
Attire: Plain White T shirt/Polo T with black pants and covered shoes.
Job Scope:
Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Mechanical).
Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works.
To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing M&E systems.
Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance
