Job Summary
Coordinate and manage daily vessel operations to ensure efficient schedules, compliance with safety regulations, and smooth collaboration with crews, suppliers, and internal teams. Support maintenance, technical procurement, and operational issue resolution.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vessel operations and schedules.
- Communicate with vessel crews, customers, suppliers, and port agents.
- Monitor vessel movements and operational activities.
- Arrange vessel maintenance, repairs, and spare parts.
- Keep maintenance records and operational reports up to date.
- Ensure vessels comply with safety and maritime regulations.
- Assist with inspections, surveys, and audits.
- Support procurement of technical equipment and services.
- Handle operational and technical documentation.
- Resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues.
- Work closely with internal departments and external contractors to ensure smooth vessel operations.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, technical support, or maintenance.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and relevant technical software.
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices is preferred.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

- Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Annual Leave : 14 days
