About the Role

What You’ll Do
Process customer orders and prepare invoices, quotations, and delivery orders
Coordinate with retailers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment
Track inventory and assist with stock allocation
Support sales team with daily operations and admin tasks
Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Maintain sales records and assist with basic reporting
Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics partners
Support product launches and promotional activities when needed
What We’re Looking For
GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent
1–2 years admin or sales support experience preferred (fresh grads welcome)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Good communication skills and positive attitude
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
