Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products
• Position Title: HR Executive
• Working Location: Pioneer /Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and final salary payments.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel e-files.
• Handle recruitment, interview arrangements, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, resignations, exit clearance, and IR21 submissions.
• Maintain training records and process government leave claims.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and employment regulations.
• Support employee engagement activities, company events, and HR projects.
• Manage management’s calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal administrative matters.
• Handle office supplies, procurement, and general administration.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with payroll, work passes, and Singapore employment regulations.
• Experience using Info-Tech HR software is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
