We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the department. The ideal candidate will lead a team, provide clear guidance, and maintain high standards of performance, productivity, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure work processes are carried out efficiently.

• Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve departmental goals.

• Plan and allocate work schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage.

• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Handle operational issues, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

• Support management in implementing new processes, initiatives, and improvements.
