What You’ll Do

• Drive Regional VM Rollouts: Spearhead South Asia visual merchandising strategies across windows, pop-ins, and pop-up activation points.

• Balance Brand Equity & Localization: Uphold strict global creative standards while adapting concepts for regional market specifications.

• Manage Creative Assets: Develop creative briefs, spatial guidelines, and placement manuals in alignment with Global HQ teams.

• Cross-Functional Integration: Align with Marketing, Events, Retail, Operations, and Merchandising to deliver unified brand campaigns.

• Streamline Communications: Act as the primary regional liaison for daily VM queries, market support, and on-site travel execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Design, VM coordination within a multinational company — retail or luxury industry preferred.
• In-store Visual Merchandising is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Confident working independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Illustrator and ability to read technical drawings
