Kerja Sepenuh Masa HR Payroll Executive, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,000 di MAINT-KLEEN PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing, via TIMES Software, on a thrice monthly basis.
• Payroll reports & statutory submission.
• Data entry & update of personnel & payroll records
• Maintaining and updating of annual, medical or other related leaves
• Management of employees’ enquiries on salary related matters
• Assist in tax filing processes and IR21filing
• Other ad-hoc HR duties/projects assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business / Human Resource Management or any related field
• Experience in cleaning industry will be advantage
• At least 2 years relevant experience, handing 500 or more headcount
• Hands-on and operational individual with strong time management skills
• Able to multi-task effectively
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively and determining appropriate courses of actions
• Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
• Knowledge in TIMES Software is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Team player with mature personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meet tight deadlines
