Job Summary:

- The Kitchen Crew is responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, supporting daily kitchen operations, and ensuring food is prepared according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, portioning, and preparing ingredients.
• Prepare and assemble food items according to recipes and company standards.
• Assist cooks and kitchen supervisors with daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure food is handled, stored, and prepared safely and hygienically.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, work areas, and storage areas.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes.
• Check ingredients and supplies and inform the supervisor when stocks are low.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining food quality and cleanliness.
• Support other kitchen duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Manager.
• Work well with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
