Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Warehouse Executive di UNIMED SDN BHD Sabah - Maukerja

Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Unimed Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse and logistics professional (or licensed pharmacist) with at least three years of experience to manage order processing, shipping, customer communication, and storekeeper inventory for medical and pharmaceutical products.

Job Descriptions:

-             Responsible for order processing, which includes managing forwarding agents, shipping lines and transportation

-             Processing of Purchase Order (PO) in accordance with the required dispatch/shipping dates

-             Generate the Delivery Order (DO) and Invoice for delivery

-             External communication with customers and their supply chain team to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments

-             Supervise and arrange the jobs of the storekeeper related to inventory management

-             Any other tasks when assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in logistics and any other relevant field
• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, with a license registered with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia, are most welcome

Experience

• Minimum of three-year experiences in a similar role.

Skills & Knowledge (Required or To Be Provided if you do not possess)

• Fair knowledge and understanding of the entire Warehouse process and the logistics and supply chain sector.
• Good knowledge of Medical Products and supplies.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and excellent numeric accuracy.
• Ability to understand and follow organizational procedures.
• Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
