Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

  1. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues for data center products (magnetic bearing chillers, CDU, fan wall, precision AC) – remote and on-site.
  2. Conduct post-incident reviews, issue technical bulletins and improvement plans to drive quality closure.
  3. Support sales team with after-sales technical solutions and participate in technical aspects of major account negotiations.
  4. Build and continuously upgrade technical training documentation for data center products.
  5. Regularly train customers, service staff, and key service providers.


Qualifications

  1. 3+ years in after-sales service/technical support for data center cooling products; familiar with principles, structure, and common faults of chillers/CDU/fan walls/precision AC.
  2. Basic knowledge of data center industry and site environments.
  3. Fluent in English and local language; adaptable.
