Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and responsible Water Park Crew members to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and enjoyable experience of all guests at the water park.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests and provide friendly customer service.
• Monitor water park attractions, pools, and designated areas.
• Ensure guests follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Assist with crowd control and queue management.
• Maintain cleanliness of pools, walkways, changing rooms, and public areas.
• Assist guests with basic enquiries and directions.
• Report safety hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
• Assist during emergencies and follow established safety procedures.
• Check and maintain water park facilities and equipment.
• Work closely with the Lifeguard, Security, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Water Park Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a water park, theme park, hospitality, or customer service environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and responsible personality.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around water.
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
