Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveSales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team in managing daily sales activities, customer enquiries, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, site inspections, and sales activities.
• Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, bookings, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and correspondence.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Events, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, corporate functions, and client visits.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Assist the Sales team in achieving departmental targets.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
