Full Time Site Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 in WK Consortium Sabah - Maukerja

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team and manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within budget, while supporting project planning, procurement, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and value construction work for interim payments with supporting documents and final accounts.
• Prepare work done documentation, bills ofquantities, detailed taking off using softwares.
• Collaborate with Sub - Contractors, and project teams on Work Done Valuation.
• Follow up on interim certificates for sub - contractors and payment processes.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress, quality and quantities.
• Assist in dispute resolution and claims management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records, report and documentation for audits and client submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Mangement, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 years and above) as a Site QS or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of measurement methods and cost control.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, bills of quantities, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on-site

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
