Kerja Sepenuh Masa QMS Engineer (Documentation), Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di Inter Island Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain, implement and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare, review and control QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, records and quality manuals.
• Ensure quality documents are properly controlled, updated and maintained according to company requirements.
• Coordinate and support ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management system requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with QMS procedures and standards.
• Monitor and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and non-conformance issues.
• Prepare quality reports, audit documentation and management review materials.
• Support customer and external audits, including preparation of required documents and records.
• Ensure proper retention and traceability of quality records.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to strengthen the QMS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QMS / Quality System / Quality Assurance, preferably within plastic injection moulding or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, document control and internal audit processes.
• Strong experience in preparing and maintaining quality documentation, procedures, work instructions and records.
• Familiar with CAPA, NCR, corrective action and audit management.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
