GE MAGNITO SDN BHD is looking for a versatile, proactive Admin & Social Media Executive to handle day-to-day office administration, billing updates, and manage our active digital presence across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Accounts: Update the internal administration billing system and maintain accurate account records.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content daily/weekly.
Platform Coverage: Manage and grow our official accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads.
Customer Engagement: Respond to basic customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages on social media.
General Admin: Assist with daily office paperwork, filing, and coordination.
