Pilates Instructor & Gym/Studio Operations Staff

Homeground Gym & Pilates @ 352 Clementi Ave. 2, Singapore

Hi! We’re Homeground Gym & Pilates, a growing boutique gym & Pilates business based in Singapore.

We’re looking for someone warm, responsible, and proactive to join our small team full-time.

This is a hybrid role involving:

• Pilates instruction
• Front desk & customer service
• Gym & Pilates studio operations
• Member support
• General day-to-day coordination within the business

The role will primarily support our Clementi branch, with responsibilities extending to our upcoming Bishan branch as the business grows.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around people and wants to help create a welcoming environment for members across both the gym and Pilates sides of the business.

Some examples of day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting Pilates classes
• Welcoming and assisting gym & Pilates members
• Managing bookings, enquiries, and front desk operations
• Handling WhatsApp/customer communication
• Supporting gym and Pilates day-to-day operations, including cleanliness duties
• Ensuring the environment is clean, comfortable, and ready for members/classes
• Helping create a positive experience for members
• Supporting the team with general operational coordination

You’ll be a good fit if you:

• are a qualified Pilates instructor
• enjoy fitness/wellness
• are friendly and comfortable talking to people
• can take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• are responsible and punctual
• genuinely care about creating a good experience for others
• work well in a small team environment

Customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience is a bonus, but attitude matters a lot to us.

Salary:
SGD $2300-$2800/month depending on experience, role responsibilities, and level of contribution within the business. There may be opportunities for higher earning potential over time as you take on greater responsibilities and grow together with the company.

Working Arrangement:
Full-time role. Generally 5.5 working days per week. Most shifts will be in the early afternoon to evenings, including weekends and public holidays depending on class/studio schedule. There's a lot of room for discussion, so we don't have to fix everything now.
