Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Business Development Sales di MAXHUB TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for developing local channels, particularly second-level resellers, to expand the company’s market share. This requires staying up to date with the latest market insights and combining the company’s strategies with the actual situation of the local market to open up new sales channels.

2. Responsible for developing local projects by establishing excellent customer relationships, maintaining close contact with customers, understanding their needs, and providing related services and recommendations.

3. Responsible for managing, driving, and coordinating multiple partners to maximize revenue, manage channels, and increase market share through sales, training, and support.

4. Cooperate with headquarters to formulate and implement marketing plans to promote the MAXHUB brand in the Malaysian market.

5. Complete sales targets and submit relevant reports to headquarters on time as required.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.

2. Experience in the technology, IT, audio-visual, education technology, or smart office solution industry will be an added advantage.

3. Strong understanding of the Malaysian local market and business environment.

4. Good experience in developing and managing resellers, dealers, distributors, or channel partners.

5. Able to identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels.

6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

8. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

9. Good coordination skills and ability to work closely with headquarters and local partners.

10. Able to prepare sales reports, market updates, and business development plans.

11. Willing to travel locally for customer visits, partner meetings, and business development activities.
