We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Care to join our team. You will assist customers with driving licence enquiries, course information, registration and daily customer service. You will also handle phone and counter enquiries while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

• Attend to customer enquiries via counter, telephone and WhatsApp

• Provide information on driving licence courses, fees and procedures

• Assist customers with registration and related documents

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally

• Maintain accurate customer and registration records

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service

• Follow company procedures and maintain good service standards

• Minimum SPM qualification

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, patient and customer-oriented

• Basic computer skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• Experience in a driving school or automotive industry is an added advantage
