Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Studio Admin Executive di 52pilates Yoga WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

We're looking for a sales-driven admin executive to manage front-desk operations and convert enquiries into bookings.

Working Hours & Flexibility

• Work Schedule: 9 hours per day (includes 1-hour lunch)

• Shifts: Rotational (morning/evening)

• Off-days: 1 fixed off-day/week, plus 2 additional off-days/month (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Enquiry Conversion: Respond to WhatsApp, and all of our social media page (Instagram, WeChat etc.) enquiries and convert leads into package bookings. Accountable for monthly conversion KPI.

• Booking & Scheduling: Manage class schedules, private sessions, and instructor calendars via Rezerv (no prior knowledge needed, training will be provided).

• Front-Desk Sales & Operation: Handle check-ins and walk-ins; upsell packages, and renewals when appropriate.

• Class Setup & Preparation: Prepare studios and Pilates equipment before each class, ensuring all equipment and spaces are properly set up and ready for instructors and clients.

• Studio Cleanliness & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming studio environment throughout the day, including restocking tissues and other studio essentials and ensuring common areas remain tidy.

• Reporting: Track lead conversions, closed sales, and daily sales via Rezerv.

• Social Media Content & Talent: Participate as a talent for the studio's social media content from time to time. (Casual content like story, reels etc.)

• Marketing & Coloaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development of promotional materials, campaigns, brand collaborations, and other marketing initiatives.
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Able to initiate conversations, follow-up on leads, and close sales.

• Prior experience in sales, admin, customer service, or hospitality preferred.

• Organized, reliable, persuasive communicator.

Remunerations:

• Probation: 3 months, with early confirmation possible for strong performers.

• Incentives: Commission on closed sales, plus KPI-based performance bonus.

• Location: 52 Pilates, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Star Boulevard, KLCC, short walk from KLCC LRT.
