We’re looking to add a Manager, QMS in Bayan Lepas plant.

As a Manager, QMS, You will:

Management System

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Labour, and Ethics (QESHLE) Management Systems.

• Facilitate compliance with applicable international standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Compliance & Audit

• Monitor updates to standards and regulations and provide compliance guidance to management.

• Lead internal audit activities to ensure process effectiveness and compliance with company procedures.

• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions arising from certification audits.

Training & Competency

• Organize internal auditor training programs to maintain personnel competency and certification readiness.

Management Review & Improvement

• Organize and facilitate Annual Management Review meetings.

• Identify system gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

External Liaison

• Act as the main contact point for external certification bodies and support certification audits.

Authority

• Lead internal audit activities for QESHLE Management Systems.

• Lead Document Control activities related to BOM/Material Master maintenance and document change control.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.

·         Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in an EMS or manufacturing environment.

·         Experience in customer quality management and customer satisfaction handling.

·         Good knowledge of management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, TL9000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA.

·         Certified Lead Assessor with management system audit experience

·         Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

·         Knowledge in Risk Management, PFMEA, and RCCA methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).

·         Familiar with Statistical Methods, SPC, and SAP system.
