Job Description:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the QC department, aligning quality objectives with company goals.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality control procedures in accordance with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements.

• Engage with senior management, engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and other departments into integrate quality considerations into all aspects of operations.

• Monitor and support supplier quality metrics, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, performing failure analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues effectively.

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and customer-specific requirements. Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory bodies.

• Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection plans, work instructions, control plans, and quality records.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control management, preferably within a contract manufacturing environment.

• Extensive knowledge of QC methodologies, quality management system, and industry standards.

• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development, performance management, and problem-solving.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues quickly and efficiently.
