Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Internship - IT Project Management di Commerz Global Service Solutions Selangor - Maukerja

Internship Details:

• Duration: We’re looking for interns who can commit to a period of at least 6 months.
• Work mode: Fully Onsite
• Office Location: Level 11, 12 & 13 CelcomDigi Tower, Petaling Jaya
• Easy Access via Public Transport: About 5-minute walk from Taman Jaya LRT station.

Key Responsibilities:

• PMO Reporting: Assist in maintaining workforce planning, hiring, and operational trackers.
• Data Management: Validate, consolidate, and update data for reporting and governance purposes.
• Hiring Coordination: Support recruitment tracking, interview scheduling, onboarding, hiring pipeline monitoring, and service delivery activities.
• Administrative Support: Assist with invoice tracking, onboarding administration, and operational coordination.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, meeting records, presentation material preparations, and Sharepoint/knowledge repositories.
• Dashboard & Analytics: Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and management presentation materials.

Requirements:

• No work experience required.
• Minimum CGPA is 3.0
• Strong team player with strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
• Required language(s): Good written and verbal communication in English
• Required Skill(s): Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• NOTE: Successful candidates will be employed on Internship Duration contract directly under Commerz Global Service Solutions Sdn Bhd.
• Successful candidates will undergo minimum of two (2) months of comprehensive new hire training and on the job training.
• Will graduate after completing the internship.
