The Front Office Associate is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant stay for all hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and politely.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain the front desk area clean and organized.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding bookings or inquiries.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a high level of hospitality service.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field is an advantage (preferred).
• Previous experience in hotel front office or customer service is an advantage, if not training will be provide.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Working Hours

Salary Range

• Depending on experience and hotel standard.
