Short Professional Job Description
Manage key customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to increase customer value and revenue. Work closely with sales and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requirements
- Monitor account performance and achieve revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of account management or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness
Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Suntec
