Full Time Assistant Production Shift Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in SONT Photonics Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Description

• Supervise daily production activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure output, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets are achieved.
• Lead and manage production operators and manpower allocation.
• Monitor output, yield, scrap, downtime, and manpower efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, ISO, ESD, cleanroom, safety, and quality requirements.
• Conduct shift briefing and proper shift handover.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and operator performance.
• Train and guide operators on production and quality requirements.
• Support 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare shift production reports and escalate major issues to management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience leading operators or production teams is preferred.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or optical module manufacturing is an advantage.
• Familiar with SOP, ISO, ESD, cleanroom, quality control, and 5S.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts and overtime when required.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
