HR Manager - Full time

Location: Kuala Terengganu

Industry: Manufacturing / Electrical Distribution Systems

Salary: RM 12,000

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (fully onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR planning, budgeting, and manpower forecasting
• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and salary negotiations
• Act as management representative dealing with labor unions and employee relations
• Drive training, development, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with government regulations (HR, safety, environmental)
• Lead cross-functional initiatives (5S, workplace improvement programs)
• Support internal control systems and corporate governance

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant HR experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Human Resources, or related field
• Strong HR management experience in manufacturing or industrial environment or automotive industry
• Experience handling Union relations – specifically Collective Bargaining
• Proven experience in recruitment, industrial relations, and employee engagement
• Familiar with labor laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
