Clinic Assistant

New medical clinic is looking for a friendly, responsible and organised Clinic Assistant to join our clinic.

We are a modern family medicine clinic with a focus on general practice, preventive health, health screening and long-term health optimisation. We are looking for someone who enjoys patient interaction and can help keep the clinic running smoothly.

Salary

S$2,100 – S$2,800 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

Responsibilities

• Registration and appointment scheduling

• Answering phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries

• Dispensing medications and collecting payment

• Assisting the doctor with day-to-day clinic operations

• Processing insurance, corporate and TPA claims

• Maintaining patient records and clinic documentation

• Stock checking and ordering of medications and supplies

• General housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organised clinic

• Assisting with health screening and simple clinical procedures

• Blood taking/phlebotomy if trained

Requirements

• Friendly, reliable and comfortable interacting with patients

• Good communication and basic computer skills

• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Organised and attentive to detail

• Experience with dispensing, clinic claims or phlebotomy will be an advantage
