Architectural Coordinator (Structural)

Up to $5,000 Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Working Location: Singapore 787502

Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Depending on roster and project progress

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Architectural Coordinator (Structural) to join our project team. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong site coordination skills and the ability to work closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer in planning and executing structural and architectural works.
• Lead and coordinate site activities across multiple trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with the Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for inspections and site requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate submissions including shop drawings, materials, method statements (MOS) and other project documentation.
• Review and check shop drawings submitted by subcontractors for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Handle procurement and monitor the availability and delivery of architectural-related materials.
• Conduct and coordinate site inspections, trade demonstrations, material testing and mock-ups.
• Check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist and RI requirements.
• Attend subcontractor meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support contract administration, site operations and project management activities.
• Perform other project-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in building / construction.
• Strong site coordination and project execution experience.
• Must be able to read and understand structural drawings.
• Familiarity with shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and construction documentation.
