Photographer is needed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Rework is seeking a freelance event photographer and videographer for a one-day software launch event at KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, on Tuesday, 15 September 2026. The event will host 100–150 regional customers, partners and press, with coverage needed from 08:00 to 17:00, including setup, rehearsal, registration, arrivals, keynote sessions, lunch, networking, product demonstrations and a closing group photo. The main presentation room will be dimmed or blacked out for much of the day, so you must be able to capture clean images at high ISO without flash and work discreetly around a live business audience.
Deliverables include 200–250 colour-corrected high-resolution edited photos within five working days, 50 selected photos within 24 hours for social and press use, and 7–8 continuous raw keynote recordings, one per speaker, using two microphones provided by us. All raw footage and unedited photos must also be supplied. We are looking for someone with proven corporate or conference event experience, a relevant portfolio and English-speaking ability. A small team can be brought if needed.
