Tired of jobs where your biggest achievement is another PowerPoint deck?

At ADNOLOGY, we build experiences people actually show up for.

Think large-scale festivals, mall takeovers, brand roadshows, immersive pop-ups, product launches, automotive showcases, IP & character activations, sports events and experiences for some of the biggest brands and venues in Malaysia.

One week you could be working on a major festival.

The next, an immersive pop-up.

Then a nationwide roadshow or a brand activation right in the middle of KL.

And yes — you’ll get to see it go from an idea on screen to something thousands of people experience in real life.

You’ll be part of the team that makes the event happen.

• Work directly with clients and understand their briefs

• Coordinate with creative, design, production and operations teams

• Turn ideas into actual event experiences

• Manage timelines, task lists, deliverables and run-of-show

• Join site recces, rehearsals and production meetings

• Oversee event builds, setups, live days and tear-downs

• Make sure every detail — materials, finishes, branding and execution — looks right

• Spot potential problems before they become actual problems

• Keep up with the latest event, pop-up, fabrication and material trends

• Support post-event reports and project wrap-ups

Events aren't always 9–5.

Sometimes the mall closes at 10PM…

and that’s when our work begins.

Expect midnight setups, weekend events, public holidays and the occasional overnight build.

But you’ll also experience something most office jobs can't give you:

Standing inside a finished event at 2AM and thinking:

“We actually built this.”

You might be a good fit if you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in events, activations or an agency environment

• Hold a Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field

• Communicate confidently with clients and teammates

• Are organized and can handle several projects at once

• Take ownership instead of waiting to be reminded

• Have a strong eye for materials, finishes and physical details

• Stay calm when things change — because events always change

• Are willing to get your hands dirty and solve problems on-site

• Are comfortable with flexible hours and late-night setups

Most importantly:

    Experience festivals, pop-ups, roadshows & large-scale productions

    Work across automotive, lifestyle, entertainment, F&B, sports and more
