Job Summary

Responsible for logistics system planning and continuous optimization of the warehousing and distribution center. Improve warehouse efficiency and reduce logistics costs through layout design, process reengineering, and the application of automation technology, providing lean logistics solutions for intelligent manufacturing.

Responsibility 1: System Planning and Design, Process Optimization and Standardization, Technology Implementation and Innovation

1. Warehouse layout, logistics route planning, design, and optimization
2. Implement lean management and establish standardized operating procedures (SOP)
3. Lead automation projects (such as automated storage and retrieval systems, intelligent sorting lines, etc.)
4. Evaluate the feasibility of new technologies (such as digital twins, AMR robots, etc.)

Responsibility 2: Cross-Departmental Collaboration, Performance ImprovementLiaise with PMC to optimize material delivery schedules

1. Collaborate with IT to achieve ERP-WMS data integration
2. Support the Finance Department in logistics cost modeling
3. Set and monitor KPIs (space utilization rate, picking efficiency)
4. Edit physical simulation reports;Implement continuous improvement plans.

Salary: Up to RM7k
