Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site SEO Specialist role based in Petaling Jaya. The role focuses on improving our website’s organic search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation through effective SEO strategies, content optimisation, technical SEO, and performance analysis. SEM/Google Ads experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Manage on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and link-building activities.
• Optimise website content, landing pages, and blog articles for search performance.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Track key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, and conversions.
• Identify and implement improvements based on SEO performance data.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to support campaigns and business goals.
• Keep up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
• Support SEM/Google Ads activities when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimisation, and link building.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress/CMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• SEM/Google Ads experience or relevant certifications is an added advantage.
