Requirement

Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities:
Open and close branch operations (cash flow, daily sales reports).
Ensure equipment is functional before opening (gaming rigs, consoles, peripherals).
Supervise part-time staff on shift; delegate daily tasks.
Maintain branch cleanliness and customer readiness.
Assist customers with game/product selection and troubleshoot issues.
Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally.
Perform daily stock checks (snacks, drinks, peripherals, merch).

Weekly Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed stock audits and submit reports to HQ.
Perform preventive maintenance on gaming equipment.
Review and approve weekly staff schedules.
Conduct training sessions or refreshers for new part-time crew.
Analyze weekly sales data and recommend promotions to increase footfall.

Monthly/Project Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit monthly branch performance reports (sales, staffing, customer feedback).
Process and finalize staff wages for part-timers.
Assist HQ marketing team with on-ground promotional events at the branch.
Plan and manage small-scale activations (e.g., mini tournaments, community nights).
Suggest local partnerships or collaborations to boost branch visibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
