Kerja Internship (Building Maintenance) di Kip Property Services Johor - Maukerja

Location: KIPMall Tampoi, Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the maintenance team in supporting shopping mall systems such as air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems, and CCTV.
• Carry out routine building and equipment inspections to understand safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to gain exposure in reducing breakdowns and extending equipment lifespan.
• Participate in basic maintenance works such as installation, welding, and grinding under supervision.
• Assist in monitoring electrical usage, water consumption, and lighting systems to understand efficiency and safety practices.
• Gain hands-on experience through involvement in periodic servicing and minor repair works.

Learning Outcomes:

• Understand basic building maintenance operations in a commercial environment.
• Identify key building systems and their functions.
• Apply basic safety practices and maintenance procedures under supervision.

Requirement:

• Final year student pursuing a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance Engineering, Air Conditioning or any other related fields.
• A minimum internship duration of 3 months is preferred.
