Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of food and beverage items.
• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring proper handling of goods, especially perishable products, and enforcing safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock rotations, and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices are followed to maintain product freshness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems tailored for F&B products.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Oversee cold storage facilities, ensuring optimal temperature control and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, and legal regulations related to storage and transportation.
• Collaborate with logistics partners for efficient transportation and distribution schedules.
• Conduct regular audits for quality, safety, and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Prepare operational reports, including stock movement, wastage, and inventory forecasts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse layout, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.

Planning & Demand Forecasting

• Assist in demand forecasting based on sales trends and business requirements.
• Coordinate replenishment planning for outlets and central kitchen.
• Monitor stock availability for promotions and new product launches.

Process Improvement

• Develop and improve procurement SOP and workflows.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management within the F&B industry.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle perishable goods and cold chain logistics.
• Familiarity with F&B industry-specific inventory management and cold storage operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
