Admin Executive

Salary: S$2,600 – S$3,200 (commensurate with experience)

Working Location: East Singapore (Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT)

Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations across the Group’s businesses.
* Prepare, organise and maintain company documents, records and filing systems.
* Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls and general enquiries professionally.
* Prepare letters, reports, forms, agreements and other business documents.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments and administrative schedules.
* Liaise and coordinate with internal teams, staff, suppliers, contractors and external service providers.
* Assist with licence applications, permit renewals and general company documentation where required.
* Support the HR, Accounts, Operations and other departments with administrative duties.
* Maintain office supplies, stationery and general office administration.
* Ensure company records and confidential information are properly maintained.
* Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

* Relevant administrative experience is preferred.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
* Able to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
* A positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and teamwork.
