Job Descriptions:

• Assist in managing contract-related tasks for assigned projects under the guidance of management.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents, agreements, and project correspondence.
• Assist in preparing and managing tender documents, quotations, and other contractual documentation.
• Assist in monitoring project contracts, including contract terms, scope of work, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in reviewing contractor and supplier claims, variation orders, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, project documents, claims, and related correspondence.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, contract reports, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with project directors, contractors, consultants, clients, and other staff regarding contract-related matters.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and ensuring contractual requirements are properly documented and followed.
• Learn and use UBS billing or other company software effectively.
• Undertake other contract administration and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel in or outside Klang Valley for site visits, when required.
• Must have a valid motorbike or car license.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and willing to learn new software/tools.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn about contract administration and construction projects.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From 800.00 (MYR) per month

Contract length: 3-6 months
