Key Responsibilities of a Purchasing Clerk:

• Processing Purchase Orders: Creating and managing purchase orders for various goods and services.
• Sourcing and Selecting Suppliers: Identifying and choosing reliable suppliers for the best prices and quality.
• Maintaining Inventory: Tracking stock levels, monitoring usage, and coordinating with the inventory team.
• Supplier Communication: Obtaining quotes, following up on orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Delivery Coordination: Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, coordinating with the receiving department.
• Administrative Tasks: Data entry, filing, and other administrative support for purchasing activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum working experience required: 1 years;
• Minimum education requirement: STPM/DIPLOMA or any related field.
