Role Description This full-time Junior Business Development Exec role is a position based in Subang Jaya. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting lead generation campaigns, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients. The Junior Business Development Exec will assist in preparing tender document, proposals, presentations, and basic market research to support sales activities, and will help manage client accounts under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include outreach via email, calls, and social platforms, coordinating meetings, documenting interactions in CRM tools, and collaborating with technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.

• Demonstrated ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying and nurturing potential clients.
• Understanding of Business fundamentals and basic Account Management to support client relationships and ongoing projects.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client-facing interaction.
• Interest in or exposure to IT, software, or AI/ML solutions; willingness to learn technical concepts relevant to digital products.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfort using productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems; proficiency in common office software.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Self-motivated, collaborative mindset, and readiness to grow into more senior business development responsibilities.
• Ability to travel and visit client Office for tender submission or supporting Senior team members in closing deals
