Join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Dili, Timor-Leste, as a Leasing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Timor Plaza. This position offers the opportunity to drive leasing strategy, cultivate relationships with national and international retailers, and optimise our tenant mix to create a world-class shopping and commercial destination.

The Perfect Fit

To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will:

Be willing to relocate to work in Dili, Timor-Leste

Possess 5+ years of experience in retail leasing, commercial property leasing, or shopping centre management, with a proven track record in securing quality tenants and negotiating favourable lease terms

Possess a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Property Management, Real Estate, Retail Management, or a related field

Have demonstrated success in developing and executing leasing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth

Be proficient in lease documentation, negotiation, and commercial lease structures

Possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, tenant performance, and competitive positioning

Demonstrate strong relationship-building abilities with both local and international retailers and brands

Have experience in tenant mix planning and retail category management

Be able to communicate effectively in English
