Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing Associate role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Marketing Associate will support marketing campaigns by assisting in the planning and execution of roadshows and events, participating in face-to-face customer engagement, and representing client brands as a brand ambassador. Daily tasks include promoting products and services, communicating value propositions clearly, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to improve campaign performance. The role also involves coordinating basic event logistics, working closely with team members to meet targets, and maintaining accurate reports on activities and outcomes. The Junior Marketing Associate will have opportunities to learn through on-the-job training, mentorship, and involvement in leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with confidence in face-to-face customer interaction.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and brand promotion, with a willingness to learn practical campaign and event execution skills.
• Ability to work on-site at events and roadshows in WP, Kuala Lumpur, including occasional evenings or weekends as required.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills, reliability, and professionalism when representing client brands and the company.
