Job Description
- Manage and maintain the organisation's CRM systems to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for CRM system improvements.
- Develop and implement enhancements to the CRM system to optimise user experience.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on CRM system functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system, performing regular audits and updates.
- Generate and analyse CRM reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly.
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM administration, support, or related business systems roles.
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Knowledge of CRM reporting, data management, and data quality best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
