About the Role

We are seeking a Project Management Professional (PMP) to spearhead the end-to-end delivery of our critical infrastructure Data Center projects in Singapore and the wider region. You will be responsible for keeping high-stakes projects on schedule and within budget

Key Responsibilities

• End to End Manage cross-disciplinary projects from Tender bids, Material submission, Implementation, Handover to DLP within agreed time, cost and quality.
• Manage, plan and assigned resources effectively for the data center project.
• Ability to apply key project management framework principles to projects which were assigned.
• Manage a team of junior project manager or engineers.
• Prepare schedules, MOP, RA and all related documents for the project.
• Prepare and submit progress reports daily, weekly or when needed.
• Manage and ensure project billing and costing are within targets, highlighting variances and risks with follow up actions and solutions as necessary.
• Manage and follow through Change Request process during implementation phase.
• Perform post-mortem after the completion of project to identify the areas for improvement.
• Provide project costing, documentation and support scope of work in statement of compliance to Sales team for RFQ.
• Develop and accredit approve partners and contractors.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and supervisory role in data centres.
• Strong project management skills with experiences in cross-disciplinary projects.
• Possess knowledge and experiences in the area of electrical, power, cooling systems, DCIM or busway.
• Proficient in English, other languages proficiency is a plus.
• Strong coordination skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders and countries
