About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with strong expertise in Fixed Assets, CAPEX and Leasing to join the Finance Deployment team. As a Fixed Asset/CAPEX/Leasing (P2RFA) Deployment Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions across different country deployment waves.

You will work closely with business stakeholders as a functional consultant, translating business processes and requirements into scalable SAP solutions. The role covers the full solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through configuration, testing, deployment and transition to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Partner closely with Finance business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements and business challenges.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for standardization, optimization and automation.
• Provide functional consulting and guidance across Fixed Assets, CAPEX and Leasing processes.

SAP FI/CO & Fixed Assets

• Design, configure, test and implement end-to-end SAP FI/CO solutions, with a primary focus on:
• Fixed Assets (FI-AA)
• CAPEX and Investment Management
• Leasing / Contract Lease Management (CLM)
• General Ledger (FI-GL)
• DIA/I2A processes
• Work with asset master data throughout its lifecycle, including onboarding, reassessment, transfers, retirement and auditability.
• Configure and support depreciation keys, asset classes and depreciation processes.
• Support IFRS 16 leasing processes and related SAP solutions.
• Support CAPEX project processes, including:
• WBS → Asset under Construction (AuC) → Capitalization → Depreciation
• CAPEX vs. OPEX validation
• AuC settlement readiness
• Budget and forecast management
• Cost-to-complete and variance tracking
• CAPEX approval workflows and stage gates

CAPEX & Investment Management

• Support investment management and Project System processes.
• Work with CAPEX planning and related solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Support CAPEX governance, approval cycles and financial controls.
• Ensure appropriate integration between investment projects, budgets, assets and financial accounting.

Implementation & Deployment

• Define, design, configure, test and oversee implementation of end-to-end SAP functional solutions.
• Evaluate proposed system changes and develop appropriate solution alternatives.
• Document functional specifications, configuration, testing and implementation activities.
• Coordinate system changes through testing and deployment into productive environments.
• Support country-specific SAP deployment waves, including localization and business process requirements.
• Experience with deployments in Latin American and/or APAC countries is highly desirable.

Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal and external delivery teams to ensure continuous product increments and successful deployments.
• Maintain alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), projects and other technology teams.
• Understand integration points between FI and other SAP modules, particularly:
• SD
• MM
• PP
• Project System
• Support integration between Fixed Assets, CAPEX, procurement, logistics and financial processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, platforms and related system changes.

Testing, Validation & Compliance

• Support system validation activities, including test planning, execution and documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet required quality, security, privacy and compliance standards.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and audit trails for validated systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including IFRS, as well as internal finance policies.
• Support internal control requirements, including segregation of duties and approval controls.

Data & Migration

• Support asset and finance data migration activities, including ERP-to-S/4HANA transformations.
• Ensure asset master data quality, consistency and auditability throughout the migration and operational lifecycle.
• Support ALM-related migration and transition activities where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional SAP FI/CO experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Fixed Assets (FI-AA).
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX and investment management processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with Leasing / Contract Lease Management (CLM).
• Strong understanding of:
• Depreciation keys
• Asset classes
• IFRS 16 Leasing
• CAPEX projects
• Asset master data and lifecycle management
• WBS, AuC, capitalization and depreciation
• Budgeting and forecasting

• Experience participating in SAP implementation and deployment projects.
• Experience with Latin American and/or APAC country implementations is a strong advantage.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for CAPEX planning and forecasting.
