Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Petaling Jaya. The Account Executive will manage relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring timely communication and high-quality service. Daily responsibilities include handling account documentation, monitoring transactions, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and revenue tracking. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve account-related issues, assisting in contract administration, and maintaining accurate records in line with organizational policies. The Account Executive will also support process improvements and contribute to initiatives that strengthen NAFAS’s financial and operational performance.

• Candidates should possess strong account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders professionally.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial tracking, basic accounting, and report preparation to support accurate and timely documentation.
• Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present information clearly.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, and email) and be comfortable learning new systems.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in an account executive, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in agriculture or related industries, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, adhere to organizational policies, and demonstrate integrity and reliability in handling sensitive information.
