Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects across finance and operations, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include defining project requirements, creating project plans and schedules, tracking progress, managing risks, and coordinating with stakeholders such as operations, product, finance, and external partners. The Project Manager will oversee expediting activities to keep projects moving efficiently, monitor logistics-related processes and documentation, and support inspection or quality checks where needed. The role also involves preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and continuously improving project workflows and communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timelines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to support quality checks, compliance reviews, and verification of deliverables.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate movement of documents, information, or physical items relevant to project execution.
• Candidates should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with project management tools and office software.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, logistics, or a related field, and prior experience in project management or operations, preferably within financial services or automotive, would be beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Subang Jaya, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment is required.
