We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Junior Executive to join our HR team. This role provides hands-on exposure to various HR and employee services functions, including foreign worker management, employee welfare, health and medical matters, hostel management, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR administration.
Employee & Foreign Worker Management
- Assist in foreign worker renewal, holiday, end-of-contract, and new join processes.
- Coordinate foreign worker documentation and related administrative matters.
- Assist with employee medical, illness, injury, hygiene, and welfare matters.
- Coordinate FOMEMA and food handler medical/body examinations.
- Manage medical chit issuance and related records.
Employee Welfare & Facilities
- Assist in managing employee hostel and accommodation matters.
- Manage employee locker allocation, records, and handover.
- Monitor and maintain first aid box supplies.
- Assist in HR-related inventory and store requisition management.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities such as:
- Sports activities
- Staff gatherings
- Staff events
- Staff meals
- HR activities
- Workers Quarterly Meeting
- Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace morale.
HR Administration
- Update and maintain the organization chart.
- Assist in preparing and issuing committee appointment/offer letters.
- Prepare and issue HR memos and notices.
- Manage document registration, filing, and HR records.
- Assist in training coordination, audit preparation, and employee surveys.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects assigned by the superior.
- Prepare LHDN stamping for foreign workers contract.
OSH Administration
- To attend OSH meeting and prepare meeting minutes.
- To handle injury and incident record.
- To support implementation of OSH policies and programme by coordinating safety training, maintanining OSH documentation, participating in workplace inspection and promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
- Able to handle foreign worker issues and complaints.
- Familiar with foreign worker renewal permit including FWCMS system and my-pass.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
