SCOPE OF WORK

Responsible and assist the Facility Manager in planning, managing, controlling and effectively supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, well-maintained, and meet the required standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer satisfaction, including pest control services .The scope of responsibility includes:

• Housekeeping of the dam, bridge, and LRC building
• Pest control services in the areas

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist Facility Manager in implementing all policies and strategies in line with regional care procedures.

2. Ensure hygiene and pest control aspects are always maintained and according to the quality standards and specifications set.

3. Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently with minimal complaints.

4. Provide and update periodic and detailed maintenance and maintenance programs.

5. Supervise, assign, and monitor daily tasks of housekeeping staff (cleaners, janitors, hygiene crews).

6. Conduct regular inspections of all areas, including toilets, common areas, dam and bridge areas and external pathways.

7. Ensure cleaning procedures comply with contract standards, safety requirements, and contractual KPI.

8. Respond promptly to ad-hoc cleaning requests, incidents, and complaints.

9. Prepare and control every budget under responsibility and ensure payment is organized in a smooth manner.

11. Ensure that all instructions and tasks are performed properly and correctly.

12. Collaborate with other agencies and the Perbadanan Putrajaya to keep track of daily operations smoothly.

13. Inspect and take action on the reported damage complaint.

14. Perform other relevant duties in accordance with company directives from time to time.

15. Comply with the company's safety and health regulations and is responsible for ensuring that work areas are protected from unsafe conditions.

16. Attend management and technical courses organized by Perbadanan Putrajaya to improve the quality of work, skills and knowledge.

17. Prepare reports on cleaning and pest control services.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Diploma from Local university/college or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experiences in similar post.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
