SCOPE OF WORK

Carry out preventive maintenance works (PPM) and report to Facility Manager as contained in the Specification except those valued in the Bill of Quantity.

Responsible assisting Supervisors and Facility Manager in implementing, inspecting, repairing and effectively operating on-site maintenance and maintenance especially for mechanical, electrical, piping, civil & structural systems. The scope of responsibility includes:

• Electrical System and Installation
• Air Conditioning System and Installation and 'Ventilation'
• Sanitary & Piping Works
• Civil and Structural Works
• Mechanical System & Works

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor all maintenance work by sub-contractors including repair, installation, modification or upgrading and repair works, as approved by Perbadanan Putrajaya.

2. Prepare reports of monthly preventive and corrective maintenance in connection with mechanical, electrical and civil & structural works to management.

3. Ensure daily maintenance works run smoothly with minimal complaints include trouble shooting.

4. Inspect, record and monitor parts and safety of parts and ensure that the stock is always sufficient at all times.

5. Response directly to the Facility Manager's instructions when there is a complaint about the damage and report on the status of the actions and improvements that have been made. Comply with and implement all safety precautions and measures and be responsible for ensuring that all work is avoided from hazardous conditions.

6. Ensure that all complaints are taken to completion.

7. Be prepared to provide emergency assistance in the event of and make a complete report of any emergency.

8. Attend management and technical courses organized by Perbadanan Putrajaya to improve the quality of work, skills and knowledge.

9. To carry out the servicing and maintenance of Feeder Pillar (4 nos), Electrical Panel (3 nos), Starter Panel (4 nos) and Distribution Box (1 nos) including following scopes:

• To de-dust and wipe clean the feeder pillar panels exterior and interior.
• To carry out visual checks for any abnormalities i.e. sign of loose connections.
• To clean and retighten all earthing conductor and visually check the continuity to the final earthing point.
• To carry out the functional test to ensure all measuring and indicating devices are functional and operational.
• To test the earthing system and ensure the reading should be less than 5 ohm.
• To vacuum and blow panel exterior and internal.
• To clean and tighten cable termination.
• To carry out the visual checks for any abnormality i.e. sign of loose connection.
• To conduct insulation test.
• To submit report by registered Engineer for works verification.

10. To do monthly inspection of sewerlines mainhole and clear any blockage.

11. To carry out preventive maintenance of water dispensers including cleaning, inspection and checking of electrical/water connection to ensure proper functionality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Certificate of Politechnic /IKM/IKBN/ILP or PW4 (for electrical technician only) or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experiences in similar post.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
