Job Summary:

Support manufacturing operations by assisting with production processes, troubleshooting, process improvements, and engineering projects. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production performance while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements.

Preferred Education, Experience & Competencies

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
• Candidates from Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronic Engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Experience Level

• Fresh graduates with a minimum of 6 months of internship experience in a manufacturing environment are welcome to apply.
• Up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production support, process engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Competencies

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO 13485, or regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to manufacturing and production operations.
• Monitor production processes and assist in resolving process, equipment, material, and quality-related issues.
• Support troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Management, and R&D teams to support manufacturing requirements.
• Assist in investigating production issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
• Collect and analyse production data to support process monitoring and improvement activities.
• Analyse recurring production issues and propose practical improvement solutions to improve process stability, yield, efficiency, and product quality.
• Support process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration activities, and equipment qualification as required.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, procedures, specifications, and reports.
• Support new product introductions, equipment installation, and process improvement projects.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel when required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or designated representative.
